Nettle has anti-inflammatory, anticancer, diuretic, antioxidant, antimicrobial, antiulcer, and analgesic activities. Nettle root is used for an enlarged prostate, for joints, and as a diuretic. Nettle leaves are used for arthritis, sore muscles, hair loss, anemia, poor circulation, diabetes, enlarged spleen, allergies, eczema and rash, ad asthma.
Rhubarb root is used to regulate the digestive tract to treat digestive issues that include diarrhea, constipation, stomach pain, and acid reflux. It is also used to treat kidney stones and kidney disease, to chelate heavy metals, to remove acids and mucus, and to intracellularly cleanse cells.
